The spot seems new and wasn’t the most busy but I’m glad I checked the reviews and took a chance. It’s in an old traditional building and the staff are friendly but what’s the best is the quality of the food. I was a bit skeptical just because of all the tourist traps but the mussels we had here amazingly fresh and juicy and there was so much - truly worth it. The beef stew was much smaller but the quality and taste were mild and very good. The mussels definitely made it great- Cuisine

La Bruxelloise turned out to be a fantastic dinner spot, especially if you’re into seafood.
What stood out to me:
• Hands down, some of the best calamari I’ve ever had. I also went with the seafood risotto — incredibly flavorful and totally hit the spot.
• The place has a cozy vibe that works great for a date night or a small group of friends.
• The staff were super attentive and helpful — they even recommended a wine that paired perfectly with my dish.

I found it randomly, Even tho this restaurant is located in touristic place, it’s REALLY GREAT! Nice menu and good food, you can find lunch for reasonable prices, and staff are cool guys who know a lot of languages! С любовью из России!

We had a wonderful meal. Steak Frites, salmon and white fish, beef stew and fish risotto. The temperature in Brussels had dropped and we very much enjoyed sitting next to the lovely roaring fire. Pleasant staff. Great atmosphere and service !

Great restaurant with an amazing view!! ❤️
The staff are welcoming and the owner very pleasant to talk to. We had Moules Frites and the portions are large, so come with an empty stomach. The food was in my opinion far better than the meal we had at Chez Leon. Better quality mussels and better cuisine and presentation. I would return for a meal here without hesitation.
